Throughout my professional career I have strived to stay true to this purpose; whether it was managing group homes for people with mental retardation, securing corporate business travel for Marriott International, or leading healthcare sales professionals to success. I consistently measured my success not just in achieving company financial metrics, but the magnitude of positive impact I had on those I worked alongside. People desire to be seen and being a life coach allows me to see you and assist you in achieving all the goals that you have set for yourself and to uncover those you are not aware that you are capable of.
Many times, I witnessed instances where companies struggled to achieve growth targets due to low morale, ineffective leadership, and lack of strategic direction. Leadership is more than a title it is a mindset and a skill. After realizing what genuinely effective leadership meant, my career evolved towards nurturing leadership and people development. Naturally, this led me to a career in executive coaching and business consulting.
